Rosemont Man Pleads Guilty

Rosemont man pled guilty Monday to shooting and killing a 14 year old boy in a gang related incident and will spend the next 28 years in prison.

Patrick Boswell, an eighth-grader at Iroquois Community School in Des Plaines, was fatally struck by a bullet Jan. 2, 2015, after 20-year-old Cesar Garay fired into a group of people that included rival gang members outside of his Rosemont home, authorities said.
