Aug. 21, 2019:  Jam TV – Patrick Lives On is a group of loving and determined citizens taking a stand in support of the safety of all school-age children in the Chicagoland area. Chicago P.D. star, Jon Seda, was in studio today to talk all about the cause and their 3rd Annual Variety Show Fundraiser.

Sept. 8, 2018:  Jam TV – Over the weekend, family, friends, and celebrities united to honor the life of Patrick Frontain, the young boy who lost his life to gun violence. The Jam’s producer, Melissa Perez spoke with Patrick’s mom, plus some of the guests who attended.  Check it out! 

Jan. 22, 2018:  Jam TV – A group of loving and determined citizens fighting for the safety of all school-age children in the Chicagoland area make up ‘Patrick Lives on to End Gun Violence.’ And some of those citizens can also be found on your TV screens each week on the popular series ‘Chicago PD’ and ‘Chicago Fire’  and we had Chicago PD star LaRoyce Hawkins in the studio to tell us more.

July. 18, 2017: –  You and Me This Morning – Patricia Frontain speaks about the passing of her son, Patrick, and the love he had for life, especially for Chicago P.D. show actor LaRoyce Hawkins. She represents his legacy through many different ways, inspiring others daily with his foundation, Patrick Lives On To End Gun Violence.
